US Venture Capital Resource Company, Inc. (USVCRCo) was formed in March 2001. It becomes a Division of DRB International Investment Services, Inc. in 2005. Its business activity is focused on two areas:

Sourcing Opportunities for Entrepreneurs

USVCR Division will help Entrepreneurs in Europe and the United States who are seeking capital to grow their business, to get introduced to private equity firms who’s investment focus would match such entrepreneur’s need.

Deal Sourcing for Secondary Funds

USVCR Division is active in sourcing secondary investment opportunities for private equity firms who invest in the private equity secondary market. The deal sourcing will focus on investments in other funds and on direct investments in corporations. In this context USVCR Division will work with three types of firms:
